Why does CROP Interim B.V. process your personal data?
We collect and process personal data because we understand how important this information is to make your job search as easy as possible. Therefore, we store your data in our database. The purpose of this storage is to carry out our services, including mediation, secondment, and recruitment activities. In other words, our goal is to connect you with future employers or clients, both for permanent and interim recruitment activities. Additionally, we may process personal data to comply with our legal obligations related to our own administration.
What personal data does CROP Interim B.V. collect and use?
Active
We collect your data from the moment you enter or leave your information on our website or otherwise sign up to use our services. We may also collect data from you if you have posted it on public sources (such as job boards like LinkedIn, Monster, etc.) that indicate your interest in work-related services. In that case, we may contact you to inquire if you are interested in registering with us, in accordance with our terms and conditions and this privacy statement.
We collect your personal data, including but not limited to:
- Your name and contact information;
- Other relevant information from your curriculum vitae (“CV”). This may include information about (previous) employers, education, experience, hobbies, etc.
Passive

How does CROP Interim B.V. obtain personal data?
We obtain your personal data through the use of the website (passive) and because you actively leave personal data on the website (active). Additionally, we may collect data from you if you have posted it on public platforms (such as job boards like LinkedIn, Monster, etc.) which may indicate your interest in work-related services (indirectly).
During our relationship with you, we are likely to receive further personal information about you. This information may come directly from you or from third parties, such as organizations to which we have provided your CV and with whom you have communicated regarding an application.
Can CROP Interim B.V. process your personal data?

We take both technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. We follow the applicable legal requirements and guidelines in this regard. How long does CROP Interim B.V. store your personal data?
When you are identified as a candidate in our database, we will store your data for a maximum period of 2 years (24 months) after the last meaningful contact moment. A meaningful contact moment is a moment in which you have contacted or written to us, or a moment in which we have actively contacted you, or a situation involving successful recruitment and/or placement with one of our clients.
If you are a business relationship/client of CROP Interim B.V., your data such as name and contact information will be stored for as long as they are relevant for the purpose for which they were recorded and/or there is a legal or other obligation. Business contact details will be updated or removed when they are no longer relevant.
Does CROP share your personal data with third parties?
We may share your data with other companies in the execution of our tasks. Think of clients of CROP Interim B.V. to whom we want to introduce you. In such cases, these clients are not authorized to use this personal data for any other purpose. In all other cases where we may or are obliged to do so, for example, by a court order, a court ruling, or based on laws and/or regulations. In these cases, CROP is cautious when sharing specific personal data, unless sharing at the individual level is required.
