In order to successfully fulfill interim assignments, it is important for us to maintain in close contact with our network. We are interested in the assignments you have worked on, your interests, ambitions, and of course, who you are as a person. By keeping regular contact, we ensure your best next interim assignment, following the steps outlined below.

Assignment discussion

To ensure a good fit, we discuss the content of the assignment and the organization in advance with you. This includes the duration of the assignment and the hourly rate, but also things like the company culture, the scope of the assignment and the reason why we think this might be a fit for you personally.

Presentations

If you are interested, we will present your profile with a brief description to our client. We use your original resume for this purpose. No amendments, we trust your expertise to present yourself. However, if you wish, we are always happy to provide our help and expertise in updating your resume.

Introduction

If there is interest from the client, we will organize a meeting for you to further discuss the scope of the assignment and your added value.

Feedback

After the interviews, we will gather feedback from both you and the client.

Contract

If the client wants to hire you for the assignment and you are also enthusiastic, we will take care of all legal and administrative matter. Throughout the assignment, we will maintain close communication regarding the collaboration and the progress of the assignment.
