Organisations Interim Support

For each project, we discuss the project’s details together with you and determine which interim specialist profile would be required. We will share our insights with you, based on our extensive experience in the field. We can provide advice on the project’s scope, feasibility (duration), and the hourly rates to expect for your assignment.

Based on the project requirements, we will select interim specialists with the right experience, knowledge and skills. As personal compatibility is very important for a successful interim assignment, we always take this into account and provide detailed profile descriptions to allow you to make the right choice.

We will present a selection of interim specialists to you, including their resumes, the profile description and their rates. As we personally know the specialists in our network, this can often be done on the same day or within a few days.

You will decide which interim specialists you would like to invite for an introductory meeting. We will stay closely in touch with you to learn whether you are happy with their expertise or wish to speak to other candidates.

After the interviews, we will gather feedback from both you and the candidates and discuss together details of the project, such as the hourly rate and start date.

Once you have chosen your interim specialist for the assignment, we will finalize the agreements. Throughout the assignment, we will maintain close communication to ensure a smooth collaboration and monitor the progress of the project. Our contracts are, of course, compliant with applicable labour legislation (Dutch Employment Relationships Deregulation Act), giving you full flexibility and legal certainty.
