Application

If you have found a job opening in our offerings that perfectly aligns with your preferences and experience, we look forward to receiving your application. However, we are also happy to have a conversation with you if you are still exploring your options and are in search of advice about your career.

Introduction

We will schedule a call to get introduced to each other. This way, we can align our expectations. We will then schedule a face-to-face meeting to get to know each other better.

Intake

During our interview, we will discuss your career so far, preferences, and employment conditions. We will take time to get to know you better. This will allow us to assess which roles would align with your knowledge, experience, and desires.

Matching you

When we see a match between you and a position in an organisation, we will present it to you as a suggestion for your consideration. If we do not have an immediate opportunity for you, we will stay in touch for future job openings. We always gain a thorough understanding of the role, the team and the culture of a company so we are able to give you all the information you need. Once we are both convinced of a match, we can introduce you to the respective organization.

Introduction meeting

If the client wants to meet with you, we will schedule an introduction meeting. Prior to the meeting, if desired, we will share information about your conversation partner and answer any questions you may have so that you can go into your meeting well-prepared.

Feedback

After the meeting, we will check with you how the introduction went, what stood out to you, and how you perceived the position. We will also gather feedback from the client and share it with you. For any further steps in the hiring interviews and assessments we will stay in close contact with you and the client.

Agreement

If the client extends an offer, we will discuss the contract duration, employment conditions and other details of the offer with you. Also for this last part of the hiring process, you can rely on our knowledge and guidance.
