Briefing

This is where it all begins. It is an important step where we invest extra time. We get to know the company, the job requirements, and the key stakeholders. We listen, advise and challenge to create the profile description and job advertisement, which we will discuss for final approval. We finalize the briefing process by clearly defining the mutual expectations of our collaboration.

 

Search

Based on the briefing, we will initiate our search. To find the best candidates, we leverage our extensive network and will use our website and social media to increase our reach. With an energetic and personalized approach, driven by our market expertise.

Selection

We select the most suitable candidates for the role through interviews in which we discuss candidates’ skills, preferences, and unique qualities. We will also discuss compensation packages and verify qualifications and references, if relevant.

Presentation

Within the agreed timeframe during the briefing, we will present you with an initial shortlist of candidates. We will provide you with their resumes and profile descriptions based on our interviews. You will decide who you would like to invite for an interview.

Feedback

During the selection process, we will stay closely involved and collect feedback from you and the candidates we presented to you. We will provide insights, advice and facilitate communication, if desired, during salary negotiations with the chosen candidate.

Onboarding

Once a candidate has accepted, we will stay engaged at least until after the probationary period and onboarding process have finalised. Of course, we appreciate receiving feedback on our recruitment process to ensure continuous improvement and optimize our services.
